We provide mental health scholarships to independent artists and staff, we provide mental wellness resources to 1099 workers, we advocate for normalizing mental health care within the industry, we create pathways for equity in the hiring/booking processes of identifying new talent/hires, we run a working musician and industry staff university, we provide FREE Narcan training & supplies to venues, we provide Fentynal Test Strips and training to venues, we provide sexual harassment training to venues/artists, we implement anti-harassment programs amongst the industry.
